Louise Wright is a Leading Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncturist and Member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC) in North Yorkshire.
With many years of experience in treating patients, and in teaching at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York, Louise is known for her thoroughness and detailed understanding, from both a Western and Chinese Medicine perspective, whilst treating her patients.

In 2009 NICE - (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence), an independent organisation, providing guidance on promoting good health and preventing illness), recommended that acupuncture should be made available on the NHS, as a cost effective short- term treatment for the management of early, persistent non-specific LOWER BACK PAIN.
Ten Traditional Acupuncture treatments, over a twelve week period were recommended.
